Banana Brulee

Simple, fairly healthy, and delicious.  This one is good enough to make up for wormy fish.

1. Split banana(s) down the middle, skin still on.  Cut the halves in half.

2. Sprinkle on some sugar.

3. Put bananas under a hot broiler (or torch them) until the sugar caramelizes and turns light brown.

The caramelized sugar hardens and creates this great crunchy creme-bruleeish texture on the banana.  So so good.
