Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic and Walnuts

I know, you're shocked.  Another recipe for brussels sprouts.  We Olssons may have a cabbage family obsession.

Brussels sprouts
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Walnuts
Brown Sugar

It's really hard to screw up the ratios here, so do everything to taste.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Cut stems off  sprouts, cut into quarters.  Coat with a dressing of 1 part oil, 1 part vinegar.  Season and roast for 20-30 min, stirring once in a while.  Look for a nice brown color.  When they brown, they get a little nutty and crispy.

Toast the walnuts in a nonstick pan.  I used a couple of handfuls.  When toasted, turn the heat to low and add enough brown sugar to coat the nuts.  The sugar might singe slightly, and it's delicious.  Toss the walnuts with the sprouts and serve.
