Fancy Dinner Part 2: Radicchio Fennel Salad

Part Two... A salad with chopped radicchio, fennel, lettuce (I forget which kind...it was dark green), and carrots.

The dressing was olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

It was simple and contrasted the rest of the meal.  I'm not sure I would invest in radicchio again, but the fennel was great in salad.
