Artichoke Garlic Salad Dressing

I made a salad the other day, and Alex *liked* it.  That's a hurdle, so I'm writing it down here.  I used the leftovers/various condiments he had lying around, so it's a very practical recipe for his kitchen, but adaptable if it's not practical for yours.  All quantities are to taste.

Lemon juice
Olive oil
Peri Peri sauce (or any sort of flavorful hot sauce, but this one is my favorite)
Minced fresh garlic
Several marinated artichoke hearts, chopped, and a few tablespoons of the liquid they marinate in
Salt and pepper

Mix together, let sit for a while, enjoy.

I have not yet been introduced to Peri Peri. I look forward to making the acquaintance.
Also, when it is hot as hell out and you are feeling very minimalistic, a jar of marinated artichoke hearts dumped over a few fresh chopped tomatoes and let to sit for a while is heaven. Funny we never had it this summer, what with it never being hot and the tomatoes being blighted. Feh.
