Poached Eggs in Tomato Sauce

You need:
Tomato sauce - doesn't have to be a lot, but probably a few tablespoons per egg
eggs
cheese (optional)
english muffins or bread

Heat tomato sauce, drop in the eggs one by one, cover, and let simmer on medium-low heat until the eggs are cooked to your liking.  Toast english muffins.  Spoon tomato sauce and an egg onto the toast.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Great for breakfast, and so quick.
