Pisco Sours

I couldn't get Alex to post, but I could get him to make me a drink, and that's almost as good.  This is his favorite.  You'll need:

(ratio for one drink)

2 oz pisco

ice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 oz lime juice

1 egg white

dash angostura bitters

Pour the first 5 ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give them a good shake.

Strain into your swankiest glass

Pour a few drops of the bitters on top of the foam, and make little designs with a knife.
