Meatloaf Gravy

I made gravy to accompany meatloaf this week, and wish I'd been doing it this way all along. Basically, I took all the weird gelatinous gunk that congeals outside the meatloaf when it bakes, and I blended it with a little milk. It came out great and didn't need any thickener. I'm sad for all the meat gunk I've wasted over the years.
